Services / [006] Website Build

People look you up before they call.

They saw your truck, got your name from a neighbor, or clicked your ad last week. Then they searched you. What they find in those ten seconds decides whether the phone rings.

This is a different job to a landing page

Both matter and they are not interchangeable. Worth knowing which one you actually need before spending money on either.

01

A landing page catches paid traffic

One page, one offer, no menu, built to convert a stranger who clicked an ad thirty seconds ago. It is not trying to rank on Google and never will.

02

A website is what people find on their own

Someone searching your business name, someone checking you out after a referral, someone finding you organically months from now. It has to hold up to scrutiny.

03

The website is where trust gets decided

Real photos of your work, your service area, honest answers about pricing. A site that looks abandoned makes people assume the business is too.

04

Google needs somewhere to send people

Organic search and your Google Business profile both point at your site. If it is slow or thin, you rank below people who did the work.

How the build runs

You see it before it goes live and nothing ships without your sign off.

01

Work out what you sell and to who

Services, service area, what makes people pick you, what usually stops them. This is a conversation, not a form to fill in.

02

Map the pages

Home, one page per service, service area, about, contact. Separate service pages exist because that is what actually ranks.

One page per service
03

Write everything

Real copy about your actual work, written before design. No filler paragraphs about passion and dedication.

04

Design and build it

Phone first, fast loading, phone number visible on every screen. You review it live and we change what you want changed.

05

Wire the technical side

Search basics, local business markup, Google Business profile connection, and forms going into your CRM rather than an inbox.

06

Launch and hand over

Goes live on hosting in your name. You get the logins. It is your website, not something rented back to you monthly.

What's included

[01]

Multi-page build

Home, individual service pages, service area, about, and contact. Structured the way search engines expect.

[02]

Copy for every page

Written specifically for your business and your area. Not spun from a competitor's site.

[03]

Search foundations

Titles, descriptions, headings, and local business markup so Google understands what you do and where.

[04]

Google Business connection

Site and profile pointing at each other properly, which is a real ranking factor for local search.

[05]

Fast on phones

No page builder bloat. Most local sites lose people to load time before anyone reads a word.

[06]

Click to call everywhere

Your number tappable on every page. Sounds obvious. Most local sites get it wrong.

[07]

Forms into your CRM

Straight into the pipeline with instant follow-up, same as the landing pages.

[08]

You own all of it

Domain, hosting, and files in your name. You can take it anywhere at any time.

When you don't need this

×

Your current site is fine

Loads fast, works on a phone, phone number visible, services clear. That is most of the job. A rebuild for the sake of a fresh look is not where your money should go.

×

You need leads this month

A website is a slow asset. It pays off over months. If you need the phone ringing in two weeks, run ads to a landing page instead and build this later.

×

You expect it to rank immediately

Building the site is the foundation, not the result. Local rankings take months and depend on reviews and consistency as much as the site itself.

×

You want a big brand experience

Animations and clever scroll effects do not book more jobs for a service business. Fast, clear, and easy to call beats impressive every time.

Questions about the build

Usually two to four weeks. The variable is almost never the build, it is how fast photos and answers come back from your side. People who turn things around quickly get live quickly.

You own it. Domain and hosting in your name, files handed over. Plenty of agencies build local sites they keep control of so you can never leave. That is not how this works.

Hosting and domain renewal are yours and they are small, usually a few dollars a month. There is no mandatory monthly maintenance charge. If you want ongoing changes handled we can arrange that, but it is optional and it is not baked in.

For text and photo swaps, yes, and I will show you how. For structural changes it is faster to ask me. Be honest about whether you will actually maintain it, because most people never log in again.

The site gets built so it can rank. Whether it does depends on your competition, your reviews, and time. Anyone promising you position one for a specific term is selling you something they cannot control.
